Upon successful enrollment and payment, users will be granted access to the course materials and resources. Access may be time-limited depending on the course or program. AussieCode Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any course or program at any time. In such cases, enrolled users will be offered a refund or an alternative course of equal value.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refunds are available within 14 days of enrollment if the user has not accessed any course materials.
• Partial refunds (deducting an administrative fee) may be granted if requested after the 14-day period but before significant progress has been made in the course.
• No refunds will be issued once a user has completed more than 50% of the course material.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@aussiecodeacademy.com.au and are subject to review.

10. Termination

AussieCode Academy reserves the right to terminate your access to our website and services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
